The WEEKENDER is a smaller version of the Total Recall electronic call bird.
Among its features are:
* An aluminum backing plate that protects the switches from damage
* A test switch that allows you to make sure power is getting to the unit
* A photo eye that shuts off the unit at night , and then wakes it up in the morning
* A calling mode selection switch that offers a choice of 3 modes
1.-calling only at dusk and dawn
2. calling at dusk dawn, and every 30 minutes in between
3. calling at dusk, dawn and every 2 hours and 15 minutes
NOTE; A call is a series of 4 recalls with a minute and a half of silence between calls.
*A rope ratchet to attach the unit to a tree or a post is included.
WEEKENDER runs for 5-6 weeks off a 9-volt alkaline battery only--no battery pack.
Also, there is no jack for an extra speaker, but it is plenty loud enough for an early release
or field trial.
